Welcome to the beginning of your new chapter. I really appreciate you taking the time to explore counseling and therapy. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and calm environment to each of the clients I serve. My primary belief is every person desires fulfillment and connection. Sometimes, certain "problems" get in the way of finding your true purpose and fulfillment. I have been trained to help people find their new direction in life, by sorting out those issues through evidence-based practices with 5 years experience. This is a huge step to better your life.
I specialize in all sorts of evidence-based practices. I have worked with the substance-use population. I have been in recovery for over 14 years, so I connect with people who struggle with drugs or alcohol fairly quickly. I have a psychology background, which gives me ample resources for all sorts of mental health issues.
