Do you feel like you are struggling to understand your child? Perhaps your child is struggling at home, school, or other social environments? I specialize in helping children find their voice to effectively communicate and help bridge the parent child relationship. Parenting doesn't come with an instruction manual and can often become overwhelming. Through our work together I can help build the confidence needed to navigate the difficult situations often faced by both children and parents today. I connect with children by using play therapy, expressive arts, and other developmentally appropriate interventions.
I provide the tools to adults and children to navigate painful struggles resulting from trauma or stressful experiences. I use an integrative approach in thinking about the mind body connection and the impact that both parts contribute to our overall health and healing. I utilize evidence-based therapies proven to build strength, resilience, and compassion.
Additionally, I specialize in helping women during the change and growth they experience during pregnancy/postpartum, including the struggles that may emerge when trying to conceive. We are constantly challenged by change, and sometimes we lose our way or sense of control. I can provide you or your child the support to heal and grow.
