As a licensed psychologist and AASECT certified sex therapist, I work with a variety of mental health and sexuality concerns. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process where the client and the therapist work together to facilitate positive change. Therapy can provide support, problem-solving skills, and enhanced coping for issues such as depression, anxiety, lack of confidence, relationship troubles or marital conflicts, sexual difficulties, unresolved childhood issues, bereavement, & spiritual conflicts.

I conduct developmental (including autism assessment) and psychoeducational assessments to identify obstacles to socialization and learning, and develop recommendations for IEP/504 plans. I work with parents to help how they relate to their infants/toddlers, children, and teens, particularly tough kids (i.e. oppositional defiant) and children with other daily struggles. I also perform gifted assessments for preschool and school-aged children. For individuals struggling with life transitions, or issues related to anxiety and ADHD, I conduct cognitive-behavioral and organizational training to promote improvements to daily functioning.
