Feelings of depression, despair, and anxiety can be debilitating and frightening. As an experienced psychotherapist I offer a warm and welcoming therapeutic atmosphere that fosters personal growth. In addition, I incorporate a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy that focuses on challenging and adjusting unhelpful cognitive distortions and behaviors. With Pearls of Change Wellness, LLC the overall goal is improving emotional regulation, and developing personal coping strategies that target solving your presenting challenges.
