I offer therapy to individuals, couples and families who want a welcoming, safe place to process what is happening within or among them. From clients, I learn how they see the world, how they understand themselves, what patterns create their interactions, and where they want to go from here. Clients are empowered to determine their goals and create new perspectives on themselves and the world around them. The hope is that, during sessions, clients will gain new skills and thought patterns for the benefit of the relationships that give their lives meaning.
I have worked with adults, couples, teens and families for over 10 years. Clients often come with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, overwhelming anger or experiences of abuse, self-harm, relationship distress, questions about identity or a desire for greater meaning in life.
In addition to a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have a Masters in Theology. This unique combination of education and experience allows me to bring Christian spirituality into the sessions as clients desire. My background allows me to uphold each person's dignity and uniqueness while also presenting challenges for change and healing.
