I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in TX as well as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in NM. I graduated from a CACREP accredited Counseling and Educational Psychology program. I have experience working with all types of mental health disorders in various settings (individual, group, couples, family); more specifically working with any issues of depression, anxiety, stress, grief, career and life changes, relationship issues, substance misuse, and any trauma (emotional, sexual, physical). I approach a therapeutic relationship as an equal relationship and always in a non judgmental and safe environment.

I specialize in individual therapy, however, I also work with couples and family therapy as well. I use multiple theoretical approaches; some include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, Rogerian Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I will use my training, education, and experience, with multiple theoretical approaches that are evidence based, to individualize each client's treatment to fit their treatment goals.
