I am trained and experienced in supporting individuals suffering with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, intrusive thoughts and life transitions. In my practice, I incorporate the notion that our bodies carry the story of past traumas, experiences and emotions that oftentimes surface as distressing thoughts and physiological symptoms. Combining evidenced based, emotion-centered techniques with cognitive behavioral modalities, we tap into the body's innate ability to heal and access the wisdom within.
