I work with both parents and children. How we work together will depend on your unique family dynamics. I provide in depth parent support as well as child skill building. We can dive deep into the family you are striving to create, building on your strengths, to help increase those joyful moments.
Parenting is hard, and it is difficult to see your child struggling. It can be hard to know when to ask for help. I strive to create a warm, safe and nonjudgmental environment. I believe kindness and authenticity paired with evidence-based interventions can be effective in increasing harmony and reaching personal goals.
