At Mental Edge Counseling, LLC., we offer a multitude of services under the heading of out-patient mental health. We address the specific needs of each client based on their individual treatment plans. Once an individual or family has decided to attend therapy an intake session will be scheduled, which will take place at our office. This is when all the information will be exchanged and paperwork will be completed, if not already done. We will complete an assessment and individualistic treatment plan, geared towards the individual's specific needs.

I strongly believe that individuals have the tools and strengths within themselves to conquer and move through any challenge. At times, we may need gentle guidance as well as a safe, welcoming environment in order to uncover those strengths and end unhealthy thinking patterns that leave us stuck. My approach is nurturing yet direct in moments where one needs to feel empowered. I look at therapy as a collaboration where you are the expert and I am here to offer an alternative perspective.
