There are many reasons for seeking therapy, which is why I take an eclectic approach with my clients, who have a wide range of mental health concerns. Together we’ll collaborate to discover the best approach – which may include psychodynamic, interpersonal, trauma-informed, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Complicated Grief Therapy, and Mindfulness, for example, or a combination.
