I'm Dawn McIlwaine, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2001, and I bring over 20 years of experience in behavioral health outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I've primarily focused on providing direct care to individuals grappling with mental health and addiction challenges.
