I feel all of our experiences in life have led to this moment. Whether the experience was a good one, or a bad one, they have informed our decisions about how to move forward.
Understanding these moments allows us insight into who we are and why we think, do, and say the things we say. Moving into these past moments allows us to understand how we can heal and bridge the gaps into something much healthier.
