Licensed in Washington and Oregon, I offer Telehealth psychotherapy and counseling for those wishing to deepen their self awareness and self compassion skills. This, in turn, to benefit and inform all our relationships. We’ll work experientially, in the moment, growing awareness and compassion for all the parts of you that come up in sessions and finding ways to meet their needs and heal the burdens they carry so that you and they can be more free and harmonious in the world.
My approach is strongly influenced by experiential models like Hakomi, IFS, and AEDP. In particular, I love working with self aware folks who want to creatively engage their inner selves and find ways to meet their needs, move forward, and grow into their truer freer selves.
