I have extensive knowledge and training in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who suffer with addiction, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I use DBT and CBT informed therapy, while incorporating Strength Based, Psychodynamic, and Family Systems to help individualize treatment to best meet the needs of my client.
I strive to be a calm presence, a supportive listener, and a guiding hand. My approach is to use curiosity, empathy, and positive regard to help you discover the parts of yourself that you may not be able to see yet.
