A Clinical Mental Health Counselor since 2008, I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), art therapy, EMDR, IFS, Somatic Awareness, Nature, Transpersonal, Mindfulness, to cultivate healing. We dive deep into the Self to change patterns and facilitate confidence and self-love.
Nature is a catalyst for healing. Walking moves us out of stuck feelings. Being a Ski Instructor at Alta and teaching Yoga, I believe in movement to heal the bodymind and move forward in thought and deed.
