A Clinical Mental Health Counselor since 2008, I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I actively listen and use EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Somatics, Transpersonal psychology, Mindfulness, Social Learning skills, CBT, and Nature to cultivate healing. We dive deep into the Self to change patterns and facilitate wisdom and self-love.
Nature is a catalyst for healing. Movement walks us out of our stuckness. I facilatate people moving through powerful emotions and trauma to gain self-Control and self-Acceptance while getting to like themselves. I'm also a 15-year career Ski Instructor at Alta, and have taught Yoga since 2017.
