Psychotherapy is much more than the removal of symptoms. I help individuals embrace their lives! I work with adults whose lives have been impacted by trauma. I also specialize in working with "seniors" experiencing the changes and challenges that often occur in later life. Finally, with four and a half decades in the mental health field, along with years of advanced education, I have gained an understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals who experience issues relating to gender and substance abuse.
A good match between a therapist and client is still the best predictor of a successful and positive outcome. Give me a call to talk about your circumstances and goals for therapy. I charge no fees for the initial phone call and often charge no fee for an initial office visit.
Please give me a call if you want to discuss your therapy needs further. I look forward to speaking with you.
