I love helping kids and teens find confidence within themselves to navigate the anxiety and pressure of school. Often times, my clients struggle with expressing themselves in healthy ways. Counseling is a great outlet for discovering new coping skills and healthy communication.

I am trained in EMDR and play therapy, both of which can help people express themselves in a way that feels less threatening than traditional talk therapy. My therapy dog, Linus, loves helping everyone feel more comfortable in counseling.
