I work with people who are tired of replaying the same patterns in dating and intimate relationships. Maybe you notice yourself falling for the same type of partner, losing your voice in relationships, or getting caught in cycles of codependency that leave you feeling unseen and unfulfilled. I see my clients through a feminist, nervous system based perspective. That means I will encourage you to experience your feelings in the body in a safe and regulated way while we process how family, culture and systemic structures have played a part in your story.
