Drawing on both personal and professional experience allows me to understand the complexities of ADHD not only from a clinical standpoint, but also from a lived experience. Whether it's understanding your diagnosis, managing emotions, or fostering self-compassion, I provide a supportive and understanding environment to help individuals with ADHD thrive.
As a former teacher, I also enjoy working with educators and understand the challenges they face. This shared experience helps me build strong, trusting relationships.
