Raising children and adolescents can be difficult, draining, confusing, and overwhelming. I understand that parents can feel at their wits end at times, or feel that their child may need an “outsider” to talk to. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and/or parents with a variety of concerns including behavioral issues, school performance, anxieties, social issues, depression, and common issues that accompany adolescence. All parents want to see their child(ren) succeed whether that is in school, their passion, or socially, and I want work alongside your child to help them reach their goals.
During our work together, I meet your child/teen on their level and adapt treatment accordingly. I also offer parent sessions upon request as we know children don't live in a bubble. I focus on setting realistic goals and helping your child/teen use their innate strengths, improve coping skills, and master life's obstacles (often with the help of parents).
