I'm here to walk alongside you on your maternal mental health journey. I specialize in supporting women facing infertility, anxious pregnancies, postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma. Your experience is unique, and I'm here to provide a safe and understanding space. Together, we'll navigate the complexities, heal from within, and uncover your inner strength. With over 12 years of therapy experience, I provide a blend of warmth, humor, and sensitivity. You don't have to have it all together in my office. You can let go of "being all to everyone else" and spend time honoring what we often neglect - yourself.
I blend supportive techniques with various interventions, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (for OCD), Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, and Compassion Focused Therapy, to foster internal resilience. I am certified with Postpartum Support International in perinatal mental health,

Houston Postpartum Peer Support
Houston Postpartum Peer Support is a FREE *online* virtual support group for mothers who have had a baby in the past 18 months. We meet weekly to talk about the highs and lows of motherhood and mostly to remind ourselves that we're not crazy, we're not alone, and that yes, motherhood really is this hard sometimes. We use ZOOM meetings so you can log on in your pajamas from your couch or wherever! No need to leave the house! Interested in joining?
