While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to resolve challenges as you move forward. My goal is to help you get the most out of therapy, grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move toward where you want to be in your life. Some of my specialties include anxiety, depression, life changes, grief/loss, chronic stress, & trauma.

My ideal client struggles with insecurities, fears, has low self- esteem, and difficulties to identify his or her strengths. He or she has fears, and anxieties, and create the worst possible case scenarios in his or her inner dialogue for situations that he or she finds threatening or challenging. Also my ideal client needs to identify strategies to better manage their time. My ideal client struggles with anxieties in his or her relationship, which could lead to codependency and anxious attachment patterns.

I specialize in supporting individuals facing challenges with self-worth and depression. My ideal clients often grapple with issues related to unhealthy relationships, domestic violence, sexual assault, narcissistic abuse, or childhood trauma. I am dedicated to providing empathetic guidance to help you navigate these difficulties and work towards personal growth and healing.

I have a great deal of experience with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to change, learn, and develop new skills. Honesty helps the process tremendously! I enjoy working with them because I have so many tips and techniques that I have seen work, and that gives me a great deal of motivation and drive to help them!

I specialize in helping people make sense of difficult situations in which they find themselves and are unsure of how to find their way out. This includes confusion from past traumas or adjustment to present circumstances. Some of these adjustments are from environmental pressures or biologically bases issues that need clarification and direction. Experience and the ability to listen carefully are two of my strengths, and two of the necessities of successful counseling. My fees are $125 per session. I do not see couples, but can refer to specialists.

Terra is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lee University in Cleveland, TN. Terra has a heart for people and a passion for helping others. This creates an environment off acceptance for each person who enters and at the same time works towards change.

I strive to provide everyone who enters my counseling room with a safe and compassionate environment to enable the client to feel comfortable expressing thoughts and emotions as they work toward healing. If you desire to have faith integrated into your therapy, I am able to do that but if faith is not something you want to be a part of your therapy, that is fine as well. As a client-centered therapist, I meet you where you are and I focus on what you need to meet your goals.

Each person’s life is a journey that comes with unexpected twists and turns. My clients are children or adults who need support through transitions, emotional issues, and learning new skills. I provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Mental Health Counseling services. Each session incorporates opportunities to gain new perspectives and set goals and future hope. Expressive Arts, life coaching, and spirituality are incorporated as requested by my clients. Choosing to seek out therapy for yourself is saying, "I need something in my life to CHANGE."
