I am a Licensed Psychologist with a doctoral degree and over 20 years of experience with helping clients to meet their goals. My approach to therapy is strength-based, inclusive, and client-centered, using a wide range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, skills training, interpersonal and systems interventions. Within the framework of a safe, nonjudgmental, and private therapeutic relationship, I work collaboratively with you to make progress, heal, achieve growth, and find fulfillment.
I have interest in treating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, grief/loss. I offer E/RP as graduate of the International OCD Foundation's Behavior Training Institute for adult and pediatric clients. I am trained as an EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional.
