I have extensive training and experience in treating various anxiety disorders and depression in young adults/adults, as well as helping clients navigating life changes/transitions. I especially enjoy working with clients from a Christian-based perspective for those who desire this.
The interventions I utilize are mainly based in CBT, however I will tailor our work to fit your individual needs. My approach blends warmth and empathy with teaching skills to promote real life changes. I will help you to spend less time stuck in your thoughts or replaying scenarios in your mind and more time experiencing joy in life and relationships.
