As a trained psychologist, I bring my educational and professional experience to my life coaching and consultation endeavors and utilize the same ethical standards, evidenced-based research and skills that I used in psychotherapy. In my practice, I offer individuals of all ages, couples and families, of all races, orientations and nationalities the opportunity to change and experience growth. I am here to offer help on your journey of discovery and provide support as you pursue your dreams and the happiness you deserve. You don't have to face any problems or challenges alone. I offer a safe place to help you though any struggles.
My goal is to help you to identify personal experiences and qualities to jointly create strategies to help you overcome any road blocks to success. Then we can work together in helping you to obtain a higher degree of self-care, a vision of how you want your life to be, and the necessary actions to achieve the happiness and success you deserve in all areas.
I will assist you in improving on your weaknesses while building on your individual strengths. I also address specific needs of populations such as children, adolescents, elders, LGBT+ or diverse ethnic communities. I assist in employment and professional development. I refer to other mental health professionals if necessary for you to achieve well-being.
