Primarily, we specialize in working with adult individuals, family and couples in addition to resolving depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorders, stress management, and identity development to name a few. We are a 100% Telehealth private practice, meaning all sessions are conducted via virtual call.
Therapy is not a cookie cutter box, where one method meets everyones needs. Though traditionally we are CBT psychotherapists, we also utilize other forms of techniques and therapies as they pertain to the client's needs to achieve a successful treatment. Some treatments of method include but are not limited to ACT, Experiential, Narrative and Motivational.
