I use a variety of counseling methods & incorporate mindfulness & relaxation into my counseling sessions when appropriate. I am also a Kripalu senior level yoga teacher, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist and Reiki Master.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C). I began my career as a school based clinician, transitioning to private practice in 2014. I love what I do as a therapist, and am fortunate to be able to blend my 30 years of experience and knowledge to support my clients.

I have a dynamic private practice in MD and VA. Virtual ONLY. The most important component of therapy is listening deeply to my clients. I specialize in ANXIETY issues, including GAD, OCD, specific phobias, panic disorder and social anxiety. Other specialties include healing past hurts, such as codependency and addictions for adults; helping families who are separating/divorcing; and, children/adults who struggle with ADD/ADHD and/or learning disabilities.
