Accepting New clients! Therapy is a highly personal and emotional experience. My experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, isolation, substance use, grief, loss, abuse, neglect, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, gender issues, maternal health issues, medical dilemma, divorce, custody, reunification, relationship and/or family issues.
I strive to provide my clients with a compassionate and non-judgemental space, where they feel safe to open up, be vulnerable, and experience personal expansion. I use a client-centered approach, talk therapy and motivational interviewing to guide for self-discovery, support healing and growth and to develop coping skills, feedback and relapse prevention.
Therapy can be difficult… Change requires Courage and Commitment. I provide a safe, and non-judgmental space to be Seen and Heard.
