We offer group and individual services with our certified anger management specialists, as well as assessments and evaluations. These can be useful for corporations and their employees or those mandated to learn anger control. Attendees can anticipate learning how to manage stress, identify triggers, and minimize conflict more effectively. Unattended anger can impede personal goals and disrupt daily function. This level of coaching can elicit the residual benefits of addressing anger management such as increased confidence in relationships, communication and interpersonal skills.
