I've been practicing therapy for over 20 years and am consistently in awe of the process. What an honor to come alongside kids, teens, and adults and see improvement. I consider it a privilege to be intentional, and helpful when people need it most, whether wading through challenging circumstances, navigating a desire to change a behavior, or processing overwhelming emotions. Clients range from students, individuals, & couples to professionals with high performance stressful careers and work related pressures. Sessions take place in person & via telehealth. I have two locations in Fair Oaks & Roseville, CA.

My ideal client is any person(s) desiring to be a better person today than yesterday. I have extensive background working with men, women, teenagers, families, college-based students, athletes (collegiate and professional) seeking psycho-therapeutic intervention in areas, but not limited to anxiety, grief and loss processing, marriage counseling, chemical dependency, athletic consulting, performance-based psychology, depression, career counseling, anger management, and group counseling. I enjoy working with teens and adults who is looking for relief from trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. Many of these stressors can lead to a crisis, substance abuse, and thoughts of suicide. Wanting to find relief from these struggles can be daunting, yet it is possible. I believe that each individual needs to be considered as a whole and the therapy process should be tailored to their individual needs and personal circumstances.

I don't have a specific client that is "ideal" as every client has their own unique history and backstory. I definitely look forward to meeting with people who are interested in self-growth but I also enjoy helping people get to the point to where the may be ready to work on their self-growth.
