I work with clients to help them understand their challenges and offer tools to address the issues most problematic, while exploring and increasing awareness around the patterns from the past that may be contributing to the current troubling circumstances.
I view the relationship between therapist and client as the most important aspect of counseling. Understanding and connecting with each client's unique perspective and lifestyle contributes to the ability create change in a safe, supportive, and judgement-free environment.
