I offer EMDR Intensives, an accelerated form of therapy, to help you feel better faster. EMDR Intensives are usually provided in day-long sessions (6 hours per day) over consecutive days. Instead of doing therapy once a week over a long period, intensives allow you to work through trauma over a few days. For some people, an EMDR Intensive can replace months of weekly therapy; for others, it can jump-start the healing process. You don’t have to wait - you can start feeling better right away!
