I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) based in Southern California with extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I generally work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, and other mental health concerns, as well as social and relationship issues causing stress in couples and family relationships. I believe anyone wanting to overcome a matter holding them back in life can benefit from therapy.
I believe in creating a warm, interactive, and non-judgmental space to collaborate with my clients and use effective communication skills as well as humor to create a relaxed and non-threatening atmosphere for us to work in.
I believe our purpose in life is to find our gift. This is usually what we love to do and what we are very good at. What gives our lives meaning is giving our gifts away to others. This is a second career for me, and I came to find my gift with a considerable amount of introspection and have loved collaborating with each and every client.
