I work from a strengths-based, solution focused, holistic orientation. I partner with people from all different ages, stages, and backgrounds to help them work through a wide variety of life’s challenges. Much of my experience has been working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, compassion fatigue, relationships, family issues, life stress, and challenges of parenting. I offer online therapy in all states where I am licensed, but can only accept Colorado insurance coverage.

Some background about me: I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of Arizona and I graduated with a Psychology degree from Fort Lewis college before pursuing a Masters’ degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling here in Arizona. I have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and groups. My experience shines best when working with adults struggling with childhood and relationship trauma, unhealthy relationships, communication struggles, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I have worked for over 10 years serving adolescents, young adults, and families. I provide support to clients through an online virtual therapy platform. Working in a variety of settings, both inpatient and outpatient, has allowed me to connect at a deeper level with clients to provide them the best care. I value the time spent creating relationships, and seeing individuals start to live a life more in line with their values and passions.
