About
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I have worked for over 10 years serving adolescents, young adults, and families. I provide support to clients through an online virtual therapy platform. Working in a variety of settings, both inpatient and outpatient, has allowed me to connect at a deeper level with clients to provide them the best care. I value the time spent creating relationships, and seeing individuals start to live a life more in line with their values and passions. I aim to create a trusting space to navigate current situations and to explore the past.
I utilize a combination of solution focused, acceptance commitment, and cognitive behavioral therapies to help individuals with depressed or anxious mood, self-esteem, eating disorders, traumatic experiences, body image, and relationship issues. I believe individuals are doing the best they can with their circumstances, and sometimes need additional support.
I have found offering therapy through a secure virtual platform has many benefits for clients. It allows for a nearly identical experience to sitting in an office, but offers the flexibility and freedom of scheduling appointments for any time, and to conduct therapy in a comfortable familiar environment. Currently I am serving clients in Arizona and Wyoming!
