We provide a variety of specialties at our agency among our 24 therapists. Programming for pornography and sexual addiction (adults, couples and teens), betrayal trauma, marriage therapy, parenting, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, suicide prevention, trauma, self-harm and other mental health concerns. We treat children, youth and adults. Our counselors have specialized training and expertise in their specific areas of emphasis. We also work closely with HOPE foundation to help clients who need financial support for therapeutic services.

Through a comprehensive approach, I work with families, couples, and individuals to create safety and security in their relationships. Having the privilege to come alongside this population has increased my passion for working with both adults and children in regard to abuse, shame, and freedom from their respective pasts.

I enjoy working with adults and couples. I find that everyone deserves a chance to be heard. People need a safe space where they can talk about their current or past struggles, a place where they can go through the healing process with care and compassion. Everyone has struggles and sometimes people need some extra support to go through the valleys of life. The goal is that with evidence-based practices a person will come out stronger than how he or she came in. In addition I am offering ART Sessions (Acceleration Resolution Therapy). What if you didn't HAVE to worry and feel down all the time. These last few years have created unprecedented anxiety, depression, and relational strain. When life seems uncertain and out of control, anxiety and depression may not seem like a choice. Anxiety, depression, and relational strife can lead to physical symptoms of low energy, agitation, headaches, stomach aches, dizziness, and racing thoughts that destroy our connections and concentration, keeping us focused on the worst case scenario, and not on what we have to accomplish in this moment and day.

My mission is to assist women, with an emphasis on women within the BIPOC community in de-stigmatizing mental health and making it safe to receive mental health treatment. We have been placed in undesirable roles, where we began to accept the false narrative and unrealistic expectations that we are to be all things, to all people within our lives. We take on many roles while fighting the societal stereotypes placed upon us. Through this, the greatest of all losses occurred…we lost ourselves. Together, I will assist you in cultivating a firmer foundation of self.

I work mainly with men, and adolescent boys ranging from ages 13-18. The main concentration of my practice centers around issues such as anxiety, depression, identity issues, ADHD and sexual addiction. Most of my clients come in needing someone they can relate to and trust, who will also provide professional guidance and insight as they navigate through a myriad of difficult life situations and maladaptive behaviors.

My passion is to serve those who are looking for fulfillment, healing, and more joy in their lives. Through the therapeutic process I aim to empower individuals and families to discover and utilize their own personal strengths to overcome obstacles and struggles. As a therapist I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families who have experienced many difficulties including severe trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm, guilt and shame, suicidal ideation, attachment barriers, and loss. I allow individuals and families to guide the therapy process while I assist in providing insight, feedback, and encouragement.

I have been counseling individuals, couples, and families since 1997. I am honored to be the Managing Partner of Professional Counseling Associates in Scottsdale and Mesa, and the Founder of Lifetime Marriage, LLC. My counseling team and I work to provide compassionate, professional, and accurate care for people in need of help. I have expertise working with trauma, eating disorders, faith, depression, anxiety, relational conflict, and low self-esteem. I also have experience with clients impacted by neurosocial disorders (ie Autism). My goal in therapy is to walk alongside my clients through past and present difficulties in order to help them experience growth, healing, and freedom. I'm a Licensed Associate Counselor. I have a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I counsel individuals and couples. My special focus is pornography and sexual addiction. I use a scientific approach. I am also a therapist living my Catholic faith. I am prepared to speak to your Christian faith if you desire faith-based therapy. I'm also a U.S. Air Force retiree.
