Mary is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor specializing in mental health and substance use treatment. For 18+ years, Mary worked in group homes, hospitals, residential treatment centers, and wilderness therapy, serving the community's most vulnerable. Working with adults, adolescents, and their families provides her with years of experience with family systems approaches and a deeper understanding of the family as a whole.

I am passionate about helping to illuminate each person’s unique path to happiness and fulfillment. I have experience treating various types of trauma, addiction, codependency, narcissistic abuse, and issues related to infidelity in relationships. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). I specialize in treating various types of sexual addiction, betrayal trauma and narcissistic abuse. I love to incorporate different therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, IFS, and SFBT.

I believe therapy is about a therapist and a client collaborating together to address mental health issues and or deal with life problems. I believe the client (You) is the expert about themselves concerning strengths, weaknesses, and issues of concern.
