I believe that embracing oneself can be one of life's most challenging journeys, yet among the most rewarding! I'm here to meet you where you are, and help you on your journey. I treat every client with compassion and through a lens of non-judgment. I spent six years working in community mental health and have treated marginalized/underserved peoples. I love helping clients through phase of life issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood struggles, and more. I apply an integrated approach and use motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. I am social justice oriented.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) which is a credentialed mental health professional that works with individuals, couples - both married and unmarried, families of all configurations, children and adolescents, and groups to facilitate healing or relief of mental, emotional, and relational concerns.

As a skilled and experienced LCSW, Certified EMDR Therapist, Certified First Responder Counselor, and EMDR Consultant-in-training, I offer evidence-based therapy for clients and EMDR consultation for therapists. My passion is using the transformational benefits of EMDR Intensives with clients who are ready to live without troublesome clinical symptoms. I specialize in providing EMDR to first responders, people who have experienced trauma and other distressing life events, and those with depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. In addition to Intensive Sessions, I provide therapy using the traditional weekly model.

My rate is $50/hr and I have Saturday appointments available. Accepting new patients with evening and weekend availability. I work with ages 13+ and my goal is to help individuals, couples, and families to achieve a happier and healthier life. Let’s work together to determine your goals and identify ways to achieve them.
