As a skilled and experienced LCSW, Certified EMDR Therapist, and EMDRIA-approved Consultant, I offer evidence-based therapy for clients and EMDR consultation for therapists. My passion is using the transformational benefits of Therapy Intensives with clients who are ready to live without troublesome clinical symptoms. I specialize in providing therapy to first responders, people who have experienced trauma and other distressing life events, and those with depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. In addition to Intensive Sessions, I provide therapy using the traditional weekly model.
I assist clients in identifying and reaching their mental health goals so that they can live their best life. I provide supportive and empathetic services to the clients I serve. I also provide clinical and EMDR Consultation to assist providers in obtaining both the required hours for basic EMDR training, EMDR certification, and consult on difficult cases.
I am a results- and goal-oriented therapist with an empathetic and direct style. It is a privilege to work with my clients and help them achieve their goals.
