I have a direct approach using eclectic interventions with a strong focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I'm also trained in EMDR. I love new exercises and activities, but also realize that sometimes just venting with an unbiased source can be a benefit as well! I utilize an online format in which you can communicate with me via audio, video, or text.
