Immediate openings w/evening and weekend availability- I specialize in supporting couples that seemingly have lost their way. You have the same fights over and over. For some reason, you just can't communicate. The love is there, but something is missing. You don’t know what to do. You feel unheard, misunderstood and disconnected. It feels like you're roommates. I will help you navigate it! I’ll partner with you to disrupt old patterns and give you tools to feel confident in "saying the quiet part out loud" to your person. We'll work on repair, managing emotional flooding/conflict, and ways to communicate openly and fight fair.
We'll discuss marriage/relationships, gender roles, power dynamics, and intimacy. We will assess the health of your current relationship. We’ll confront patterns of negative communication, where it was learned, and how to pivot and do it differently. I will challenge you to take inventory of yourself, be accountable, be present, and be invested.
