I am a queer and non-binary therapist who offers an affirming space for those who are 2SLGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, kinky, polyam, gender questioning, transgender, and non-binary/ gender diverse. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to feel seen and understood from their own unique perspective and that healing occurs as you align with your most authentic self. I have spent 10 years in the mental health field focusing my passions on mediation and conciliation for couples, families, churches, and organizations as well as childhood behavior, transition to young adulthood, and trauma. I am available for faith-affirming and Christ-centered sessions, upon request. I am trained in DBT-Informed services and utilize a strengths-based perspective as well as a solution-focused approach. I will provide a validating and supportive environment to partner with you for your desired goals. My main specialty is adoption and attachment. I was adopted and have reunited with my birth parents and have worked with hundreds of adoptees as well as adoptive parents seeking to understand their child/young adult. I work best with those who are seeking insights into themselves. I can help guide you if you are looking to do some self exploration and find out why you keep repeating the same patterns. I have worked extensively with teens, young adults, and with parents. I have treated many families who are struggling with navigating issues related to family dynamics.

I am passionate about relationships and would love to be able to help anyone struggling in any relationship. I am currently an intern student completing my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University. I implement a variety of evidence-based modalities when working with clients. I appreciate how Emotionally Focused Therapy focuses on how our early experiences inform how we engage in adult relationships (our attachment styles) and how to change the negative interactional cycle that we often find ourselves in.

This practice is designed to work with my clients not on them. We are engaged in enhancing abilities and strengths through the art of Theracoaching, an integrative approach where both the client and the practitioner are focused on their goals. You as the client work with the Theracoach to identify these goals and join them either in or out of the office to locate methods in achieving these opportunities. Whether that is school, work, relationships, frustrations with getting started, or negative habits formed. The primary focus in this practice is helping those with ASD, LD, ADHD, and co-morbid conditions.
