I work with a broad population of people from diverse walks of life. I'm an open and accepting therapist that loves what I do and the people I work with. I believe that healing your relationship with yourself and others starts with the courage to make an appointment and say "HELP!" I work with couples, families, and individuals. I also work with children and adolescents who have had trauma affecting their lives. I've been using EMDR with my clients since 2017 and believe the research that supports its efficacy.
I'm a trained couples therapist with an eclectic approach that combines The Gottman Theory and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT). I am direct and honest in my practice. I will use individual and couples therapy to help a family system address their struggles to get the relationship they want.
