Hello! I am a queer and non-binary therapist who offers an affirming space for those who are 2SLGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, kinky, polyam, gender questioning, transgender, and non-binary/ gender diverse. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to feel seen and understood from their own unique perspective and that healing occurs as you align with your most authentic self. I am able to provide letters for those seeking Gender Affirming medical care.

Even though I specialize in working with 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, I am not limited to working with only this population. I enjoy supporting folks with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. The majority of my professional experience has been working with individuals who have experienced domestic violence, sexual trauma, religious and military-related trauma.

There are many factors that impact our mental and emotional health, and I believe it is important to find a therapist that you feel you can be yourself around. I offer a 10-minute phone consultation to answer any questions and see if you feel we might be a good fit!

Neurodivergent Friendly DBT Skills Group

This group is a supportive, neurodivergent-friendly space to learn and practice DBT skills in ways that respect different brains, bodies, and communication styles. It is designed for autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent adults, as well as anyone who finds traditional DBT groups overwhelming or inaccessible. We focus on practical, real-life skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness, taught at a flexible pace with concrete examples. Sessions are structured but flexible, with visual supports, written materials, and multiple ways to participate. The group is judgment-free and welcomes stimming, sensory needs, direct communication, and diverse processing.
