I have a true passion for helping people through their challenges and assist them in reaching their goals. My approach is integrative and collaborative and builds upon your strengths.
I offer the support, wisdom and training of more than 20 years of experience in treating teens, and adults. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques as well as mindfulness practice tailored to you in the process of treatment.
