Hello! I am a Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who is dedicated to helping people overcome barriers and reach optimal wellness. I am dedicated to helping those seeking optimal and holistic wellness. I have experience in Community Mental Health, Addictions, Couples Counseling, Behavioral disorders, and Co-occurring disorders. Three words that describe my therapeutic style are compassionate, nonjudgmental, and balanced. My goal is to serve others and make a difference by assisting individuals striving to make it through life’s complicated challenges.
