My approach is collaborative. As a team, we identify your goals and treatment objectives. The therapeutic technique that I commonly use is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnosis (CH), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy all effective in treating OCD, anxiety, trauma, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) and other issues.
I use an eclectic approach and integrate different techniques during the therapeutic process. Each client is unique and different and approached with their own unique treatment plan.
