The Pincus Center specializes in working with clients to build a life filled with pleasure and joy. We will help you to find your inner voice, establish your own goals and find a path that works for you. There is no one true way to do therapy or to live your life. We understand that the world is a very hard place to be right now. We can't make everything perfect but we can make it better. We focus on issues around neurodiversity, self acceptance, relationship communication, sexual freedom, shame, low desire, sexual functioning issues and a wide variety of other mental health issues.
The Pincus Center specializes in sex positive therapy for individuals and relationships. Tamara Pincus is an AASECT certified sex therapist and sex therapy supervisor. We have clinicians who specialize in trauma, neurodiversity, sexual functioning, ethical non-monogamy. BDSM, out of control sexual behavior and more.
When you walk through our doors, you’ll quickly discover that the things that always made you feel “different” are not only understood here, but celebrated. You won’t have to explain to us what polyamory is, or worry about whether we’ll see your kinky nature as healthy and normal (we will!). Your body will be welcomed regardless of size, disability or race.

Groups
Poly Discussion Group
Polyamory is the practice, desire, or acceptance of having more than one intimate relationship at a time with the knowledge and consent of everyone involved. Newcomers will be given a basic introduction into what polyamory is and what some of the advantages and disadvantages are. Attendees who are already in relationships will be given the opportunity to discuss their situations and get advice from the group if they feel that would be helpful. This group is open to people of all sexual orientations and people who are interested in non-monogamy in both kinky and non-kinky relationships.
