I strive to build a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship and believe that empathy and understanding are the keys. I work from a foundation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but include strategies from several different modalities to suit my clients' needs best. I have a wealth of experience treating depression and anxiety, and I specialize in treating Eating Disorders from a weight-neutral perspective. I also have experience treating codependency, relational issues, and trauma.
