Our world is a broken one filled with broken people, and oftentimes those broken people hurt one another. That dysfunction and trauma often results in maladaptive means of protecting ourselves and coping with our feelings. I am a licensed professional counselor and have been working in the mental health field since 2009. I specialize in trauma informed care and use a collaborative yet eclectic approach in order to fit the needs of each unique individual I see. Aside from trauma therapy, I also treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, phobias and general counseling. I am certified in EMDR and hypnotherapy and use several modalities to treat clients. I also do group work and offer a meditation/mindfulness group.
